The absolute best!!! These guys are upfront and honest about pricing. They use genuine parts and work quickly to get your vehicle back to you in top working condition. I brought my Lexus in about a two months ago because I made a rough noise at start up. They evaluated it and gave me a reason price but also said if you are okay with the noise you don’t need to do anything quite yet. I thanked them and said I will be back. Two months later I couldn’t it. Called and made an appointment with Mark, who remembered me. They were able to fix it in a day and a half. My Lexus runs better than ever. Thank you guys so much. I will definitely be back when necessary.

This was my first time to have maintenance service on my Lexus performed at TLC. I am very pleased with the overall experience. The mechanic noticed that my water pump was leaking; and instead of repairing this, I was advised to take the car to a Lexus dealership since the car was still under drivetrain warranty. Moreover, the mechanic noticed that my windshield wipers were not aligned properly. I had the front windshield replaced 4 months ago, and the wiper arms had not been installed properly. Again, TLC advised me to contact the company that had installed the windshield to have the wiper adjusted, again under warranty. I am very impressed with the service and the concern to control cost of repairs. Great job and Thanks!

We've been going to TLC Auto Repair for several years after we got tired of being ripped off by the auto dealerships. I comparison shop between the dealerships and TLC and I find that we consistently save almost half the price of what we were paying at the auto dealerships. TLC is honest and it's reassuring that they aren't just into making up repairs. The only downside is that they are a victim of their own success. You need to make an appointment to get in and sometimes it takes a week or two for an appt but they're well worth it. They ONLY work on Toyotas so we now only buy Toyotas because we don't trust any other auto repair place. It's too bad that they can't expand to a larger facility and could work on other imports besides Toyotas.

The service was excellent from the time I walked in the door until I left. I'm recommending them to all my friends. Quickly responded to my request. I waited for service and they chatted with me periodically. Made recommendations of how I could save money on the service. Recommended furtue service. They were awesome.
